Who we are

SalesV2 ("SalesV2", "we", "us") provides SalesV2 CRM, a sales and operations application for manufacturers and industrial service companies, and the website at salesv2.com. Questions about this policy go to marius@salesv2.com.

What we collect

Account information: the name, email address, company and role of each person who uses SalesV2 CRM.

Customer business data: the records a customer keeps in or connects to SalesV2 CRM, such as accounts, contacts, quotes, orders, emails and documents, including data read from systems the customer chooses to connect (for example an ERP, a mailbox, a document library or an accounting system).

Website information: what you send us through a contact form, and basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To provide, secure, support and improve the service; to communicate with you about your account; and to meet legal obligations.

Customer business data is used only to deliver the service to that customer. It is not used to market to that customer's contacts on our own behalf, and it is not sold.

Connected systems

When a customer connects another system (for example QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365 or an ERP), SalesV2 CRM accesses only the data needed for the features the customer turns on, using the access the customer grants. The customer can disconnect at any time, after which we stop accessing that system.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host, process or support the service on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and AI processing providers), under obligations to protect it; when a customer directs us to; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls that separate each customer's data. We keep customer data for as long as the customer's account is active and delete or return it on request after the account ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing marius@salesv2.com. If your information is held by a SalesV2 customer (for example your supplier or customer uses SalesV2 CRM), we will work with that customer to respond.
